Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
I have practised as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa for a period of 13 years, as a member of the prestigious Durban Bar and as an Independent Advocate. I am also a professional Artist.
In my practice I have specialised in civil and commercial litigation, handling matters from inception to finalisation. Instructions have included, inter alia, legal opinions, pleadings, applications, affidavits, heads of argument, pre-trial conferences, opposed applications, High Court and Regional Court trials.
In addition I have worked in the Criminal Courts, as a member of the Legal Aid Panel, and have worked extensively as a pro bono lawyer for the KwaZulu-Natal Society of Arts. An achievement has been that I have never had a client found guilty in the Criminal Court.
